5% GST is applicable on given tour price.

Registration Charges are non refundable and transferable.
If cancellations are made within 7 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of tour package amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancel 15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of tour package amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancel 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of tour package amount will be charged as cancellation fees. In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.
In case of Credit shell issue, which can be used further in any trip within 365 days of issue for same number of persons.
Terms & Conditions
Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before 7 days of trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.
Standard check in time 11 AM so early check in subject to availability. Your cooperation will be appreciable.
Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal (AC will not work on hills).
Package rates are subject to change without prior notice, Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights.
Registration once booked cannot be cancelled, transferred and exchanged. Travellers are sole responsible for any mishappening, theft, loss, injuries during the tour.
No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours.
Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be accountable for missing items along the tour.
Our time of departure is fixed — must depart by the stated time. Anyone missing the bus shall not be eligible for any refunds.
Company has rights to terminate any person during trip due to misconduct / anti-social activities / breaching of rules, in this case we will refund amount of the remaining trip.
